Joan joined the Law Offices of David A. Tilem in 2010 – she started out as a receptionist and ultimately worked her way up to paralegal. She joined RHM LAW LLP in 2023. Joan is very experienced in all aspects of Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases and assisting attorneys with all types of related motions. She has significant experience with compliance required by the U.S. Trustee's Office and with Chapter 11 requirements.

Education: California State University, Fullerton, BA in Liberal Studies
