Lesley Davis
Senior Associate Attorney
Ms. Davis has a wealth of experience in debtor-creditor matters and has held various roles within the bankruptcy and banking sectors, including creditor's attorney, debtor's attorney, trustee's attorney and trustee administrator. She has extensive law and motion experience, including appellate work.
Ms. Davis has represented a wide range of clients in complex bankruptcy litigation matters, including preference and fraudulent transfer claims, asset sales, and discharge disputes. She has secured favorable judgments for clients at the trial level and excels in both representing and defending against litigation actions.
In addition, Ms. Davis has experience in a wide variety of areas of legal practice, including collections and enforcement of post-judgment remedies, probate law, family law, employment law, insurance defense, and general civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, and product liability.
In her free time, Ms. Davis enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, watching and playing sports.
