Senior partner, M. Jonathan Hayes is a speaker at the State Bar of California Annual Meeting in San Diego this weekend, September 11-14, 2014. Mr. Hayes will be speaking alongside The Honorable Charles Novack and The Honorable Laura S. Taylor on Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Year in Review. The seminar consists of CLE credits of 1.5 Hours towards Bankruptcy Legal Specialization.
Mr. Hayes has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of West Los Angeles (previously University of LaVerne School of Law) since 1990 where he has taught Bankruptcy, Business Organizations, Contracts, Advanced Bankruptcy Issues, Commercial Law, and Taxation. Before that he was on the faculty of Whittier School of Law for four years.
