The article discusses the recent 9th Circuit case of Bobka v. Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (In re Bobka), 968 F.3d 946 (9th Cir. August, 2020) which held that the debtor who signed an auto lease assumption agreement was bound by the lease even though it was not approved by the bankruptcy court.
